Kristin Hollrah

ASA Coach

Kristin began playing soccer at an early age and continued through college as a scholarship athlete competing in the NCAA NE-10 at Pace University. As a four year starter she was named player of the game on fourteen different occasions and helped lead the team to their first ever ECAC Tournament Championship. She began volunteer coaching while in high school and continued to give back to the community assisting at local youth soccer clinics throughout college. She began her coaching career in 2006 at National Cathedral High School in Washington DC as an assistant to Richie Burke, the current coach of the National Women’s Soccer League’s Washington Spirit. In 2007 she began coaching in the DC area’s most competitive club league for the MSC Mustangs. After joining the staff during their U14 season, they celebrated countless victories and tournament championships together through U19. Upon high school graduation six players from the roster secured soccer scholarships and continued to play in college. In 2013 she became a mother. Taking a step back from coaching she filled her time staying connected to the game playing soccer and volunteering within her community’s youth leagues. She is passionate about the impact athletics have on children, takes great pride in representing the small percentage of female coaches on the field and believes that hard work and heart are the most important assets any player can offer.
